Property Manager | Momentum Property North

Momentum Property is looking for a Property Manager to join our North team.

n

We're looking for someone who knows property management, takes ownership of their portfolio and enjoys working autonomously, but also values having a strong team around them.

n

You'll be joining a growing Canberra agency with experienced Property Management leadership, operational and administrative support, and a team focused on working together and delivering a high level of service to our clients.

n

The Role

n

You'll be responsible for managing your own residential portfolio, including:

n

n
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
- Coordinating maintenance, lease renewals and rent reviews
n
- Routine, entry and exit inspections
n
- Arrears management and tribunal preparation where required
n
- Staying across legislative requirements and portfolio deadlines
n
- Maintaining accurate records and clear communication
n
- Providing a high level of service to your clients
n

What We're Looking For

We want a Property Manager who is organised, reliable and confident in managing their day.

You'll need:

n

n
- Previous residential Property Management experience
n
- Current ACT Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
- Valuable knowledge of ACT residential tenancy legislation
n
- Strong time management and organisational skills
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach
n
- Current driver's licence
n

What You Can Expect From Us

n

$80,000 - $100,000 + super, (depending on experience), plus a motor vehicle allowance.

n

You'll also have strong operational and administrative support, approachable leadership, ongoing training and development, and the autonomy to manage your portfolio without feeling like you're doing it alone.
