Production Operators - Chocolate Manufacturing

We are seeking experienced Production Operators to join the manufacturing team of a well-established chocolate manufacturing company based in Campbellfield.

n

Working on Day or Night shift, you will play an important role in operating production and packaging equipment, maintaining high product quality standards, and supporting a secure, efficient, and continuous-improvement-focused manufacturing environment.

About the Role

n

As a Production Operator, you will:

n

n
- Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment.
n
- Complete changeovers, equipment setup, and basic troubleshooting.
n
- Conduct quality checks and record production information.
n
- Follow SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety procedures.
n
- Maintain a clean work area and support 5S standards.
n
- Report issues promptly to help minimise downtime.
n
- Contribute to safety, quality,



and productivity improvements.
n
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and supervisory teams.
n

About You

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- Experience operating machinery in manufacturing, food, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or packaging environments.
n
- A strong focus on safety and quality.
n
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
n
- The ability to perform manual handling duties in a fast-paced environment.
n
- A reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
n
- Full working rights in Australia
n
- Driver's Licence and own reliable transport
n
