We are currently seeking Assistants in Nursing to work in the Auburn area and surrounding suburbs.

About the role

- $36.23 base rate + Penalty rates for weekends and public holidays, plus 12% superannuation.
n

Key responsibilities

- Provide personal care that supports residents' daily living, dignity and wellbeing
n
- Build positive, meaningful relationships with residents and their families
n
- Support residents with meals, mobility, hygiene and social engagement
n
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team to deliver safe, high-quality care
n
- Contribute to a warm, respectful and supportive care community
n
- Follow workplace health, safety, clinical and compliance requirements
n

About you

n

n
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability
n
- Nursing student
n
- A caring approach, solid communication skills and commitment to resident wellbeing
n
- Reliability and availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays where required
n
- Ability to complete required pre-employment checks, including a police check, NDIS Worker's Clearance and pre-employment medical
