Join the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) as our Media and External Communications Manager and help strengthen awareness, trust and engagement across Australia's communications sector. You'll lead a talented team responsible for media relations, external communications, digital content and reputation management, helping shape the voice of a trusted national organisation.

In this role, you will:

- Lead and develop a high-performing communications team

- Drive strategic media and external communications programs
n
- Manage media engagement, issues management and reputation risks
n
- Partner with senior leaders to provide trusted communications advice
n
- Deliver compelling, accessible and impactful communications across multiple channels
n
- Build awareness of the TIO's services and influence across the sector

We're looking for a strategic communications leader who combines robust media and stakeholder engagement experience with excellent judgement, a collaborative leadership style and a passion for clear, audience-focused communication.
