- 100-point Equity Partner earnings $4M+ (Junior EP range is $1.2m to $2m)

- Queensland partnership to grow 20–25% over the next 12 months

- Work alongside a nationally respected group of senior corporate partners

- Lead complex, high-value corporate transactions and strategic advisory work
n
- Mergers & Acquisitions (public, private, regulated and off-market)
n
- Equity Capital Markets & backdoor listings
n
- Corporate advisory and joint ventures

- ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act compliance

but you will be confident operating at a senior level across most.)

About You

n

We are keen to speak with senior corporate lawyers ready to step into partnership or strengthen their existing partner platform:

n

- 10–25 years' PQE in corporate law
n
- Experience from a top-tier, leading mid-tier or specialist Corporate / M&A; firm
n
- Proven business development capability and strong client relationships
n
- Client presence of approximately $1.5m in annual revenue.
