Gold Coast Cookies is growing quickly, and we're looking for a bubbly, switched-on and organised Customer Service legend to join our team in Tweed Heads

n

We supply our filled and loaded cookies to 1,500+ stockists across Australia, and we're continuing to grow both our wholesale business and our online presence so there's always plenty happening behind the scenes.

n

What you'll be doing

n

Your days will be a mix of customer service, admin and helping keep everything moving behind the scenes.

n

n
- Taking orders from our existing wholesale customers via phone and email
n
- Looking after customer enquiries and making sure they have a outstanding experience with GCC
n
- Helping ensure orders arrive DIFOT — delivery in full, on time
n
- Following up with customers and maintaining strong relationships with our key stockists
n
- Keeping on top of customer information, orders and general admin
n
- Jumping in to help our pick-and-pack team when needed, including occasionally lifting boxes up to approximately 12kg
n
- As we continue building our online presence, there may also be opportunities to jump into social content,



behind-the-scenes videos or make the occasional appearance on our socials
n

You definitely don't need to be an influencer or content creator but if you're confident, have personality and don't mind getting involved in the fun side of the brand, even better.

n

Who we're looking for

n

We want someone who is bubbly, confident, quick and efficient, but also someone who notices the little things

n

You'll need strong written and verbal communication, great customer service instincts and the ability to juggle a few things at once without everything falling apart

n

We'd especially love someone who brings personality to the workplace, enjoys being part of a team and is happy to get involved rather than sitting quietly in the corner all day

n

Basic Excel skills are required, but you definitely don't need to be an Excel wizard

n

The hours

n

This role will generally sit around 10–20+ hours per week, with hours varying depending on the season and needs of the business.

n

There may be more hours available during busier periods, so we'd love someone with some flexibility across Monday to Thursday.
