Breezy Air Conditioning is a growing air conditioning company based on Sydney's Northern Beaches, servicing the Northern Beaches, North Shore and surrounding areas.

n

We're looking for an experienced Lead Air Conditioning Technician / Senior Installer to take ownership of our installation work and help lead our field team.

n

This isn't a position where you'll need someone looking over your shoulder. We're looking for someone experienced, organised and confident enough to be given a job and take responsibility for delivering it properly from start to finish.

n

The Role

n

You'll primarily be responsible for leading residential air conditioning installations, including:

n

n
- Ducted air conditioning installations
n
- Split and multi-split systems
n
- Bulkhead and concealed systems
n
- iZone zoning and control systems
n
- Smaller VRV/VRF projects
n
- Replacement and retrofit installations
n
- Commissioning and final testing
n
- Diagnosing and resolving installation issues
n
- Leading and directing other technicians on site
n
- Planning the installation before work begins
n
- Ensuring installations are neat, efficient and completed to a high standard
n
- Communicating professionally with customers, builders and other trades
n
- Completing job documentation, photos and notes through ServiceM8
n

We predominantly install Daikin, along with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Panasonic and other major brands.

n

What We're Looking For

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n




- Is an experienced and qualified air conditioning & refrigeration technician
n
- Holds a current ARCtick refrigerant handling licence
n
- Has robust experience with residential ducted and split-system installations
n
- Can confidently run an installation without the owner needing to attend site
n
- Can lead and develop less-experienced technicians
n
- Takes pride in workmanship and presentation
n
- Understands airflow, duct design, refrigeration pipework, drainage and commissioning
n
- Can troubleshoot problems rather than simply passing them on
n
- Communicates well with customers and the rest of the team
n
- Keeps the job site clean and organised
n
- Takes responsibility for the finished product
n
- Experience with Daikin and iZone would be highly regarded.
n
