The Role:

Swimming pools aren't just bodies of water—they are mini aquatic ecosystems. When a filtration system shuts down, an automated salt-chlorinator fails, or water chemistry goes out of balance, most people see a headache. We see a system waiting to be solved.

As a Poolwerx Service Technician, you aren't just cleaning filters; you are a field investigator. You'll diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and chemical puzzles, engineer on-the-spot solutions, and restore complex systems to peak performance.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Troubleshoot & Diagnose: Track down hydraulic leaks, electrical faults, pressure drops, and pump failures.
n
- Water Chemistry Optimization: Analyze complex water samples and calculate precise chemical dosing to re-balance biological systems.
n
- Equipment Overhauls: Install, repair, and upgrade automated controllers, heat pumps, robotic cleaners, and filtration units.
n
- Client Consultation: Explain why a system failed and clearly present the most effective fix.

Who You Are:

- You love taking things apart to figure out how they work—and putting them back together better than before.

- You have a knack for fault-finding across mechanics, hydraulics, or basic electrical systems.

- You're self-motivated, methodical, and enjoy having the autonomy to solve real-world problems in the field.

- You hold a valid driver's license and take pride in leaving every job site better than you found it.
