A client is growing their Property Law practice and is seeking a friendly and capable Conveyancer to step into a diverse and rewarding role supporting a highly respected Senior Property Lawyer.

The Opportunity:

You will become a key part of a close-knit and positive team culture where mentorship, client relationships, and work-life balance are genuinely prioritised. The Role You will be responsible for managing a broad range of conveyancing matters from start to finish, including:

- Standard purchase and sale transactions
n
- Transfers pursuant to Family Law Orders
n
- Deceased estate property matters
n
- Subdivisions and development matters
n
- Client liaison and file management throughout the conveyancing process
n

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Previous end-to-end conveyancing experience
n
- Solid file management and technical conveyancing skills
n
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
n
- A warm, friendly, and approachable personality
n
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to the wider team
