VeiraMal Consulting is seeking an experienced ICT Support and Test Engineer NEC to be a part of our client's business Hyrx Pty Ltd in Docklands. Our client offers a great working environment and a competitive salary for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for ICT systems, applications, software, hardware and related infrastructure.
n
- Diagnose, investigate and resolve technical issues, system faults, errors and performance problems.
n
- Plan, develop and execute system and application testing to verify functionality, performance, reliability and system integrity.
n
- Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, testing procedures and technical documentation.
n
- Conduct functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing as required.
n
- Identify, document and report system defects, errors and inconsistencies and coordinate with relevant personnel to resolve identified issues.
n
- Monitor system performance and conduct technical analysis to identify potential issues, risks and opportunities for improvement.
n
- Assist with the installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrading and testing of ICT systems, applications and equipment.
n
- Troubleshoot issues relating to operating systems, software applications, databases, networks, hardware and other ICT infrastructure.
n
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure ICT systems and applications meet established technical specifications, operational requirements and quality standards.
n
- Review system functionality,



processes and technical requirements and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability, performance and efficiency.

- Provide technical guidance and assistance to users in relation to ICT systems, applications, software and operational procedures.
n
- Liaise with management, users, suppliers and ICT personnel to understand technical requirements, investigate issues and provide appropriate solutions.
n
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, operational procedures, troubleshooting guides, testing records and technical reports.
n
- Maintain accurate records of system incidents, testing activities, identified defects, resolutions, system changes and maintenance activities.
n
- Assist with implementing ICT improvements, system changes and technical solutions to support business operations.
n
- Ensure ICT support, testing and technical activities comply with relevant organisational policies, procedures, standards and security requirements.

Requirements

n

- Proven experience as an ICT Support and Test Engineer or in a closely related ICT technical role.
n
- Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
n




- Strong knowledge of ICT systems, applications, software, hardware and technical infrastructure.
n
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving ICT system issues.
n
- Experience in system, application or software testing, including identifying and documenting defects.
n
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, test planning, test execution and quality assurance processes.
n
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate technical issues and develop practical solutions.
n
- Experience preparing and maintaining technical documentation, testing records and reports.
n
- Good understanding of system performance, functionality, reliability and technical quality requirements.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide technical assistance to users and liaise with management and ICT personnel.
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple technical tasks.
n
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
n
- Have a stable work history with valuable communication and teamwork skills.
n
- Flexible to work when required.

Remuneration: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 + superannuation Location: Suite 1203, 401 Docklands Drive, Docklands VIC 3008 This position will provide the opportunity to work in a dynamic and technology-focused environment, contributing to the reliable operation, testing, quality assurance and continuous improvement of the organisation's ICT systems and services.
