A well-established organisation is seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst to support the continuous improvement of procurement, supply chain and commercial performance across the business.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this role combines procurement analysis, data, process improvement, project coordination and technology enablement, with a focus on improving cost outcomes, operational efficiency and procurement capability.

n

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to analyse procurement data, identify cost-saving opportunities, improve processes and support the implementation of new systems, reporting and automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

- Analyse supplier pricing, purchasing trends, spend and procurement data
n
- Identify cost-saving and cost-avoidance opportunities
n
- Prepare supplier, category and spend analysis reports
n
- Support supplier reviews, negotiations and performance management
n
- Maintain procurement systems, registers, supplier records and pricing data
n
- Assist with supplier contracts, renewals and governance
n
- Identify and implement procurement and supply chain process improvements
n
- Develop process documentation, procedures and work instructions
n
- Identify opportunities for AI, automation and workflow optimisation
n
- Coordinate procurement and supply chain improvement projects
n

- Experience with procurement processes and supplier data
n
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
n
- Excellent stakeholder communication and engagement
n
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
n
- A proactive, resourceful and commercially minded approach
n
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
n

n

Experience within the domestic building or construction industry will be highly regarded, as will experience with Timberline or WMS.
