Club Manager to lead daily club operations, drive membership
growth, and deliver an exceptional member experience. This role is

Key Responsibilities As a Club Manager, you will be responsible
for: Driving new member acquisition through lead generation and
conversions Engaging with leads and existing members through calls,
follow-ups, and in-person interactions Delivering outstanding
customer service and building long-term member relationships
Supporting Personal Trainers by generating and referring qualified
leads Ensuring the club is clean, safe, and operating efficiently
at all times Meeting and exceeding sales and performance targets
Continuously identifying opportunities to improve member experience




and club performance Leading by example in creating a positive,

Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred) Senior
First Aid Certificate (or equivalent) CPR Certification Working
With Children Check National Police Check Career Pathway This role
is designed as a stepping stone into higher leadership positions
within the fitness network, with opportunities for growth into
senior club management and multi-site leadership
