Our Supervisors work closely with the Duty Manager on shift to lead, motivate and develop our front of house team. We are looking for a skilled supervisor who can share their expertise with our team to deliver exceptional customer experience.

About the role
n
Reporting directly to the Functions & Restaurant Manager, the Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for coordinating front-of-house operations and delivering exceptional service experiences throughout our dining facilities.
n
This hands‐on role requires a leader who is visible on the floor, committed to developing staff and focused on maintaining high service standards in a fast‐paced club environment.
n
The successful candidate will be passionate about customer service,
team leadership and contributing to the continued growth and success of the Club's food and beverage operations.

1-2yrs experience supervising teams in a busy hospitality environment.

Food Safety Knowledge.

Current RSA Certificate.

RSG Certificate is advantageous but not required.
