Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist

ACG is seeking a Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist to take ownership of our digital marketing and communications across multiple business entities. Reporting to the General Manager - Business Development, you will play a key role in strengthening our brand presence, growing audience engagement, and supporting business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys the perfect balance of strategy, content creation, social media management, campaign delivery, and communications.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Develop and manage an integrated content and campaign calendar.
n
- Plan and execute organic and paid digital campaigns across multiple channels.
n
- Drive website traffic and engagement through SEO and digital marketing best practices.
n
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, testing, and reporting.
n
- Manage campaign budgets and external suppliers.
n
- Create engaging written, photo, video, and graphic content across multiple brands.
n
- Manage and grow social media channels while maintaining brand consistency.
n
- Develop compelling stories that showcase our people, projects, clients, and community involvement.
n
- Monitor trends and bring fresh ideas to improve engagement and reach.
n
- Maintain and update company websites.
n
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print communications.
n
- Support internal communications, business development initiatives, and marketing collateral.
n
- Assist with conferences, webinars, sponsorships, awards submissions, and corporate events.
n
- Track campaign performance and measure results.
n
- Analyse data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
n
- Deliver clear and actionable monthly reports.

About You

n

You will bring:

n

n
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
n
- Ability to travel to offices, events,



and project sites as required.
n
- Ability to safely use photography and video equipment.
n
- Flexibility to occasionally support events or time-sensitive communications outside standard business hours.
n
- Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing, communications, content creation or a similar role.
n
- Proven success managing social media and digital marketing campaigns.
n
- Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
n
- Experience creating photo and video content for digital channels.
n
- Knowledge of SEO, paid social advertising, email marketing, CMS platforms, and web analytics.
n
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar creative tools.
n
- Excellent organisation and project management skills.
n
- A proactive, collaborative approach and solid attention to detail.
n
