The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bookkeeper to join our long term finance and administration team of 11. This position offers the chance to gain hands-on experience across multiple fast-growing businesses while contributing to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Managing accounts payable and receivable.
n
- Overseeing the debtors' ledger and preparing financial reports.
n
- Liaising with suppliers, customers, and staff.
n
- Handling payroll processes efficiently and accurately.
n
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy and professional standards in all aspects of bookkeeping.

Desired Skills & Experience

n

- A strong bookkeeping background with at least 5 years of office-based experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and credit control.
n
- Proficiency in Excel and extensive knowledge of Xero (essential).
n
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with suppliers, customers, and internal team members.
n
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
n
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
