We're hiring Disability Support Workers right now across Gladstone and surrounds. Choose flexible shifts that suit your lifestyle — mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and overnights — with permanent & casual opportunities.

About the Role

n

As a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred care and everyday support including:

n

n
- Personal care, meal prep and medication support
n
- Social and community inclusion activities
n
- Transport and assistance with daily living
n
- Group programs
n
- Supported Independent Living (SIL) support
n

n

You'll be backed 24/7 by our clinical and rostering team, with full training and induction provided.

n

We're looking for experienced people who are values-driven, reliable and passionate about empowering people with disability to reach their goals.

n

Must have (before starting):

n

n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Blue Card
n
- First Aid & CPR
n
- NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
n
- 100 points of ID
n

n

Qualifications:

n

Cert III in Individual Support (or equivalent) is highly regarded but not essential — commitment, compassion and willingness to learn are what matter most.

n

Experience with manual handling, hoisting, mental health and complex behaviours is desirable,



but full training will be provided.
