Customer Service Representative - Call Centre | Norwest | Hybrid | 7am - 3pm.
n We are currently seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Service Representativeto join a supportive call centre team in Norwest working from 7am - 3pm.

n

You can expect to:

- Handle approx. 30–40 inbound calls per day
n
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns, following explicit processes
n
- Receive comprehensive training before going live on the phones
n
- Work closely with your team and manager to deliver a high standard of service
n
- 3/2 Hybrid Split
n
- Update records and prepare correspondence in line with company procedure
n

We're looking for people who:

- Have strong customer service or call centre experience
n
- Can stay calm, empathetic, and solution-focused under pressure
n
- Are polished in communication (written and verbal) with a professional presentation
n
- Thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment

- Have full Australian working rights
