Job Description

Tranquility Dentistry is seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join our team. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our practice, ensuring productive and effective management of all administrative and operational functions.

What you'll be doing

n

Manage all administrative tasks, including patient scheduling, record-keeping, and billing

n

Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of the administrative staff

n

Ensure the practice is compliant with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements

n

Develop and implement strategies to improve patient experience and practice efficiency

n

Manage the practice's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

n

Collaborate with the dentists and other healthcare professionals to support the delivery of high-quality patient care

n

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, staff, and external stakeholders

n

What we're looking for

n

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a dental practice management

n

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals

n

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

n





Proficiency in dental practice management software and other relevant business technologies

n

Thorough understanding of dental practice operations, including patient scheduling, billing, and regulatory compliance

n

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff

n

Must possess valid Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
