Job Description

Pathology Queensland seeks a Senior Scientist to lead Haematology and Transfusion services across the Fraser Coast region, including Hervey Bay and Maryborough Hospitals. You will ensure adherence to NATA, NPAAC and ISO 15189 standards and support strategic planning with the supervising team.

You will supervise staff, validate recent instrumentation, provide expert scientific advice to clients, and drive improvements in service delivery and KPIs.
