The Role
n
This role offers career development and one-on-one mentoring while gaining exposure to a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, including:

- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
n
- Advising on business structuring, governance and regulatory compliance
n
- Supporting mergers, acquisitions and business sales
n
- Managing general corporate advisory work for a diverse portfolio of clients
n
- Working closely with Partners and senior lawyers on complex transactions
n
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
n
n
You will play a key role in supporting the team to deliver high-quality, commercial legal advice while contributing to the continued growth of the Sydney practice.

About You
n
We are seeking a motivated and admitted lawyer with:
n
n
- An interest in corporate and commercial law, experience preferred
n
- Experience gained in a reputable private practice or in-house environment
n
- Strong drafting and file management skills
n
- A proactive mindset and genuine interest in business and commercial outcomes
n
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
n
