Experienced Site Manager or capable Foreman ready to take greater ownership and progress into Site Management. The successful person will report to the Construction Manager and work directly with both company Directors from early planning and constructability through construction and final handover.

Company is a Gold Coast based family owned developer-builder delivering their own commercial and industrial projects.

n

Project: Industrial warehouse complex - 14 units
n Project location is Bundamba
n Project start date 12th October 2026
n Other projects are in the pipeline, include a Stayplton and Gold Coast based project

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Coordinate and supervise daily site activities
n
- Manage subcontractors, trades, deliveries and site interfaces
n
- Review the construction program and prepare short-term look-ahead programs
n
- Monitor productivity, workmanship, safety and quality
n
- Identify design issues, constraints and potential delays early
n
- Review drawings, specifications and subcontractor scopes
n
- Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and subcontractor meetings
n
- Maintain SWMS, permits, inductions, site diaries and project records
n
- Coordinate inspections, ITPs, defects and rectification work
n
- Report progress, risks and upcoming requirements
n
- Support commissioning, completion and final handover
n
- Maintain a professional, protected and accountable site culture
n

Candidate Requirements

n

The successful candidate must:

n

n
- Hold an appropriate currentQBCC Site Supervisor licence
n
- Have proven commercial, industrial or warehouse construction experience
n
- Be confident managing subcontractors and daily site activities
n
- Understand programming, safety, quality and site documentation
n
- Be able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
n
- Be organised, practical, accountable and solutions-focused
n
- Hold a Construction White Card and current driver's licence
n
- Have full Australian working rights
n
- Be interested in a stable, long-term contract
n

n

Multi-unit warehouse, tilt-panel or precast construction experience will be highly regarded.

n

Client is open to salary based remuneration or a subcontractor day rate

n
