Job Description

EnerSys Australia is seeking a proactive WHS Lead to drive workplace health and safety improvements at the Campbellfield plant. You will partner with operational leaders and Health & Safety Representatives to identify risks, reduce incidents, and embed safety into daily decisions.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will champion corporate EHS programs, coach leaders, investigate incidents, and lead corrective actions.
