About the Role

Love meeting new people and being the friendly face everyone sees first? We arelooking for a welcoming and organised Receptionist to join our Hornsby clinic on a casual basis.
n
In this role, you will help create a great experience for our patients from the moment they walk through the door. From managing appointments and answering enquiries to supporting the day-to-day running of the clinic, you will play an important part in keeping things running smoothly. If you enjoy variety, love working with people,
and thrive in a busy environment, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
n
Deliver warm and welcoming customer service to our patients.
n
Manage appointments and procedures with care and efficiency.
n
Handle patient enquiries both in person and over the phone.
n
Process patient invoices and documentation with accuracy.
n
Maintain a well-organized and professional reception area.
n
What We're Looking For:
n
1+ year experience in reception or customer service (healthcare experience is a plus).
n
Experience with Best Practice software is highly advantageous.
n
Familiarity with Medicare billing processes is preferable.
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
n
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a professional presentation.
n
Flexibility with working hours and a positive, can-do attitude.
