About the role

We're seeking an experienced People, Culture & Quality Coordinator to join a leading community services organisation based in Port Macquarie, NSW. This is a full-time, 12 month opportunity supporting recruitment, people & culture processes, and quality/compliance activities to help drive consistent, best-practice service delivery.

Duties

n

n
- Support end-to-end recruitment including advertising, screening, onboarding, probation reviews and retention activities
n
- Coordinate employment documentation, compliance checks and accurate workforce record management
n
- Maintain quality and compliance registers including incidents, feedback, improvements, workforce and training records
n
- Assist with internal audits, accreditation preparation, external regulatory reviews and quality reporting
n
- Coordinate induction, refresher training, mandatory compliance and professional development activities
n
- Partner with service leaders to identify training needs and promote consistent practice standards and continuous improvement
n

Skills and Experience

n

n
- Background in human resources / people & culture, quality, compliance,



business administration, or a related field
n
- Strong recruitment knowledge including advertising, screening, onboarding and probation review processes
n
- Proven ability to manage employment documentation, compliance checks, workforce records and staff information with high attention to detail
n
- Understanding of Fair Work Act and Work Health & Safety requirements
n
- Awareness of aged care/disability compliance obligations, including Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards
n
- Confident written and verbal communication with staff, leaders, contractors and external stakeholders
n
- Solid organisation skills: prioritisation, time management, and follow-through
n

Mandatory licences/clearances:

- Current NSW Driver Licence
n
- NDIS Worker Screening clearance (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
