Job Description

Suncorp Group in Newcastle, NSW seeks a Wellbeing Specialist to lead injury management and recovery guidance within the Tail Claims portfolio. You will provide strategic technical guidance, governance and coaching to improve rehabilitation, return-to-work and customer outcomes.

You will shape injury management standards, support claims teams, and influence portfolio decisions with evidence-based practices and legislative compliance. Hybrid working is available.
