Today, we have 18 sales offices across Australia and are helping thousands of households take control of their energy through solar, batteries, hot water heat pumps, EV chargers and virtual power plants.

Our people are at the heart of that growth - and now we're looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to help us find the next generation of Smart Energy superstars.

About the Role

n

This is a quick-paced, end-to-end internal recruitment role where the people you hire will directly support the continued growth of our national sales business.

n

You'll recruit across our 18 offices, sourcing and engaging everyone from energetic, entry-level Lead Generators through to future Sales Specialists and leaders.

n

You'll own your recruitment pipeline, partner closely with hiring managers and move great candidates quickly from application to interview, offer and onboarding.

n

This role would suit an experienced recruiter who loves high-volume sales recruitment - or a confident sales professional ready to move into talent acquisition.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our national sales teams.
n
- Source and engage high-potential candidates across job boards, social media, referrals and proactive outreach.
n




- Screen applicants and confidently sell the Smart Energy opportunity.
n
- Coordinate individual and group interviews across multiple locations.
n
- Partner with Sales Managers to understand their hiring needs and keep them updated throughout the process.
n
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for our growing offices.
n
- Deliver an organised, engaging and genuinely positive candidate experience.
n
- Manage offers, pre-employment requirements and onboarding arrangements.
n
- Use Lever ATS, Google Workspace and recruitment data to stay organised and track results.
n
- Create engaging employment advertising and develop fresh sourcing strategies.
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; or
n
- A background in B2C, field, direct or telesales, retail, hospitality with a genuine interest in building a recruitment career.
n
- Confidence speaking with a high volume of candidates every day.
n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
n
- Drive, resilience and a genuine desire to achieve targets.
n
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
n
- Confidence using Google Sheets and learning new systems.
n

- The ability to work at pace while still creating a great candidate experience.

Important Location Information

n

This is an onsite position, Monday to Friday, based at our Byron Bay Head Office in the industrial estate.

n

Please only apply if you are already living in the Northern Rivers and can reliably work from our Byron Bay office each day.
