THE OPPORTUNITY

n

This is a solid opportunity for a high-performing Associate Dentist to join an established, four-chair private practice in Katoomba, Blue Mountains, with a view to taking on the Principal's books.

n

The practice has consistently strong patient demand, with approximately 80-90 new patients coming through each month shared amongst 3 dentists, primarily driven by its high-street location, organic walk-in traffic and word-of-mouth. The practice previously invested in paid marketing but no longer needs to, with capacity being the main constraint.

The Principal Dentist is looking to gradually reduce their clinical commitment from five days to approximately two to three days per week, creating a genuine opportunity for the successful Associate to progressively take over the established patient base, while also having access to the new patients coming through.

The position is ideally suited to a dentist looking to make a genuine long-term commitment to the Blue Mountains. This opportunity is available for someone to start on 2-3 days with a view to 4 days (or starting off on 4 days).

- Flexible start of two to three days, progressing to a minimum of four days per week, or start on 4 days a week.

WHO WE WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM

- Have a minimum of four years' of post-qualification experience

- Are confident and capable across general dentistry
n
- Can work independently and manage their own patient base
n
- Are comfortable discussing implant treatment with patients
n
- Have strong communication and treatment-planning skills
n
- Are genuinely looking for a long-term position
n
- Value continuity and building lasting patient relationships
n
- Are reliable, consistent and committed to their patients
n
- Are interested in implants, clear aligners or expanding their clinical offering
n
- Are either based locally or genuinely open to relocating to the Blue Mountains
