We're looking for a Service Desk Analyst with strong Microsoft and Intune experience to join a busy technology environment on an initial 3-month contract.

n

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the person people turn to when technology isn't playing nicely — whether that's troubleshooting a Microsoft 365 issue, managing devices through Intune, or getting a user back up and running quickly.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Providing Level 1/2 service desk support across hardware, software and Microsoft technologies
n
- Supporting Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Entra ID and Active Directory
n
- Managing and troubleshooting devices through Microsoft Intune
n
- Assisting with device provisioning, configuration, compliance and deployment
n
- Troubleshooting laptops, desktops, applications, printers and peripherals
n
- Managing incidents and requests through an ITSM platform
n
- Escalating more complex issues while taking ownership through to resolution
n




- Supporting users across a rapid-paced corporate environment
n

To be sucessful in this role,you will need tobe a confident support professional who can combine solid technical skills with great customer service.

Ideally, youwill have experience with:

n

n
- Hands-on Microsoft Intune experience
n
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows troubleshooting skills
n
- Experience with Entra ID / Azure AD and Active Directory
n
- ServiceNow or another ITSM platform experience
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
n
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
n
- The ability to hit the ground running in a contract environment
n

This is an intial 3 monthcontract with an immediate start, working within a professional technology team where you'll gain exposure to a broad Microsoft environment and make an immediate impact.
