Your Role

n

As a Design Assistant at JMACX, you will:

n

n
- Produce detailed CAD designs, drawings, and models for 4WD product parts, accessories, and custom builds
n
- Assist with product development, from concept sketches through to final design revisions
n
- Work closely with engineering, production, and workshop teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet quality & safety standards
n
- Update and maintain CAD libraries and design documentation
n
- Review designs for fitment, tolerance, and function, suggesting improvements where needed
n
- Collaborate on drawings for quotes, prototypes, testing, and final release
n

What We're Looking For

n





n
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor or similar)
n
- Experience in mechanical/automotive design, or related engineering fields
n
- A strong eye for detail, measurement, tolerancing and drawing standards
n
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into workable designs
n
- Good communication skills; ability to work in a team and liaise between design, production, and sales/workshop
n
- Reliable, motivated with initiative, solid organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines
n
- Passion for the 4WD lifestyle & desire to produce high-quality work
n
