An established and patient-focused dental practice in Toowoomba is seeking an experienced dental professional to take on a Practice Coordinator position.

This is a diverse role that combines clinical support, team leadership, customer service, and operational coordination. You will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while helping create a positive experience for patients and a supportive environment for the clinical team.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes ownership of their work, and is passionate about delivering exceptional standards of care and service. This is a permanent full-time role.

What You'll Be Doing

As Practice Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting clinicians with chairside procedures when required
n
- Supporting the daily operations of a busy dental practice
n
- Coordinating patient appointments and managing scheduling requirements
n
- Handling patient enquiries and providing a high level of customer care
n
- Overseeing sterilisation and infection control processes
n
- Supporting and guiding team members to maintain efficient workflows
n
- Managing administrative tasks and practice documentation
n
- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and industry standards
n




- Building strong relationships with patients and the wider practice team
n
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture
n

About You

You will bring:

- Previous experience working within a dental practice environment
n
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
n
- A proactive approach and willingness to solve problems
n
- Confidence working across both clinical and administrative functions
n
- Leadership experience or the ability to coordinate and support team members
n
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
n
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent industry experience (desirable)
