Key responsibilities

- The Business Analyst works as part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for digital product definition, development, implementation, maintenance and enhancement.

- Analyse business objectives, processes, and service needs to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend effective solutions.

- Build solid stakeholder relationships, using effective communication and negotiation skills to support informed decision-making and service improvements.

- Contribute to project delivery through requirement gathering, implementation planning, change management, user acceptance testing, and training activities.
