Position Title: Disability/Mental Health Support Worker

JoinAll About Recovery, a NDIS provider delivering high quality supports across Disability, Mental Health, Forensic Mental Health, Supported Independent Living (SIL), In Home Services and Complex Care.

About the Role:

n

You will provide person centred support to participants with diverse and complex needs, including:

n

Forensic and Behaviour Support (including Restrictive Practice)

n

High Intensity and 24/7 care

n

Personal care, skill building and community access

n

Support within Supported Independent Living (SIL) and other accommodation settings

n

Maintain accurate records, shift notes and incident reports.

n

Work collaboratively with participants, families and the wider care team.

n

Experience in Mental Health and /or the Disability sector

n

Capacity to work flexible hours (weekdays, weekends, sleepovers and active nights)

n





Compassion, Reliability, and Solid Professional Boundaries

n

Enrolled in or completed Certificate III in Individual Support, Disabilities or Mental Health (minimum).

n

Current CPR certification.

n

NDIS Worker Screening Check.

n

NDIS Orientation Module.

n

Working With Children Check (WWCC) if supporting children.

n

Current National Police Check (Preferred)

n

Current Australian driver's licence - Reliable insured vehicle or ability to use company vehicles.

n

Unrestricted work rights in Australia (or visa with 24+ hrs/week).

n

Preferred

n

First Aid (HLTAID011) certification (can be obtained after hire).

n
