Job Description

Allcoast Towing is looking for the right person to join our team as a full-time Tow Truck Operator on the Gold Coast.

Already experienced? Great. Never driven a tow truck before? That doesn't rule you out.

n

We're prepared to train the right person from the ground up. You'll work alongside experienced operators and learn the job properly — from vehicle loading and transport through to breakdowns, trade towing and accident scenes.

n

This isn't just a driving job. You'll deal directly with customers, workshops, insurers and people who may be having one of the worst days they've had in a long time. We need someone confident, switched-on and capable of representing Allcoast professionally.

What you'll be doing

n

- Accident, breakdown, trade and vehicle transport towing
n
- Safely loading and transporting vehicles
n
- Working around damaged vehicles and roadside environments
n
- Dealing directly with customers, workshops and insurers
n
- Learning the practical skills required to become a capable all-round towing operator
n
- Taking pride in your truck, equipment and presentation
n

Who we're looking for

n

Towing experience is not essential.

n

We're more interested in finding someone with:

- MR licence or higher preferred
n
- Good driving history
n




- Confidence and common sense
n
- Strong work ethic and reliability
n
- Mechanical aptitude
n
- Ability to think for themselves and work independently
n
- Willingness to learn and get amongst the job
n

$90,000–$120,000 depending on experience, roster and overtime
