Various purpose-built centres located in Sydney are on the hunt for dedicated Centre Managers to join their team as soon as possible.

- Full-time Centre Manager Bondi (Maternity Leave Cover with an chance to become permanent)

The Role

n

As a Centre Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
n
- Lead, coach, and empower a team of educators and teachers, fostering a culture of continuous professional development and excellence.
n
- Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children's holistic development.
n
- Prioritise children's safety and well‐being, adhering to policies and procedures.
n




- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
n
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture built on respect, teamwork, and celebrated diversity.
n

About You

n

To be successful in this position, you must have:

n

n
- Diploma or Bachelors of Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
n
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the industry in a leadership role
n
- Current Working with Children Check
n
- Recent Child Protection Training/SafeguardingCurrent First Aid Certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
n
- Food Handling Certificate or willing to obtain
n
- Deep understanding and knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
n
- Australian unrestricted working rights
n
