About the Role

n

As a Casual Retail Assistant, you'll be one of the faces of Bella Boheme in our Springwood boutique.

n

You'll help create the warm, personal and feel-valuable shopping experience our customers know and love—from welcoming customers and providing styling advice to helping women find pieces they feel genuinely amazing in.

n

Your role will include:

- Delivering exceptional, personalised customer service
n




- Styling customers and suggesting outfits and complementary pieces
n
- Building genuine relationships with our customers
n
- Developing strong knowledge of our collections and new arrivals
n
- Processing sales and operating our POS system
n
- Maintaining beautiful store presentation and visual merchandising standards
n
- Replenishing stock and assisting with deliveries
n
- Keeping the boutique organised, welcoming and looking its best
n
- Working alongside the wider team to achieve store sales targets
n
- Bringing positive energy and enthusiasm to every shift
n

About You

- Have previous retail or customer service experience

- Genuinely love fashion and styling

- Are warm, confident and comfortable starting conversations with customers

- Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Are reliable, organised and have a strong work ethic

- Are flexible with your availability

Weekend availability is essential.

Applicants must be available to regularly work Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional availability during busy retail periods, public holidays and school holidays highly regarded.
