Job Description
Head baker to lead the bakery production across two venues, Grand Saddles Lodge and Saddles. Both venues operate 7 days and require someone to come in and apply the appropriate systems so these venues can have freshly made bakery items daily.

Key responsibilities
n
Lead bakery production at Grand Saddles Lodge, including sourdough made with organic grain you will need to mill yourself, leavened breads using freshly milled organic grain mixed with pre milled organic flour and pastries

Lead bakery production at Saddles restaurant at a much larger scale requiring daily sourdough, pies, pastries and other leavened bakery items
n
Apply appropriate systems across both venues to ensure freshly made bakery items are available daily
