About the Role

n

As our Lead Educator, you'll:

n

n
- Lead and mentor educators within your room
n
- Create engaging learning experiences guided by the EYLF
n
- Build strong relationships with children and families
n
- Foster a positive,



inclusive and safe learning environment
n
- Support children's development through intentional teaching and play-based learning
n

n

About You

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
n
- Current Working with Children Check
n
- Experience leading a room or team within an early childhood setting
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- A passion for high-quality education and positive outcomes for children
n
