This isn't just a tools-on job. You'll be running your own jobs on site — managing your day, liaising with clients, organising materials and reporting back. The goal is for you to take full ownership of the work while we focus on growing the pipeline.

What We're Looking For

- Freshly qualified tradesman carpenter (within the last 1–2 years), or a fourth-year apprentice ready to make the jump
n
- Comfortable running jobs independently and making decisions on site
n
- Good with clients — qualified, reliable and easy to deal with
n
- Certificate III in Carpentry
n
- Current driver's licence and white card
n
n
Experience in composite decking or outdoor living is a bonus, but not essential — we'll teach you our way.
