Eaton Corporation is seeking a commercially minded Resource Planning Manager to establish and lead a recent function that will transform how we plan, deploy and develop our workforce across Field Service, Engineering and Project Delivery in Australia.

You will design best-practice workforce planning, develop long-term plans, forecast demand and provide strategic recommendations on hiring and development, while partnering with leaders to optimise allocation and deliver data-driven insights.
