As a Senior Sales Assistant, you’ll drive the GP experience through authentic customer connections and genuine selling energy, while taking ownership of store operations – opening, closing and keeping our systems running. You’ll play a key role in developing the team around you, leading floor recovery and merchandise refresh, and stepping up as the go-to person on shift.

What You Will Be Doing
n
n
- Creating a genuine and positive experience for every customer, and owning your KPI performance to drive store sales targets and results
n
- Opening and closing the store in line with GP security procedures, alarm management and daily checklists
n
- Mentoring and coaching team members, helping them build product knowledge, confidence and capability on the floor
n
- Leading floor recovery and merchandise refresh to keep the store commercial and on-brand
n
- Acting as the go-to person on shift for questions, escalations and problem solving when a manager isn’t on the floor
n
- Supporting loss prevention, stock management and store presentation standards at all times
n
n
What We’re Looking For
n
n
- 1-2 years’ experience in a retail, hospitality or customer-facing role
n
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people
n
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, stay organised under pressure and maintain high standards
n
