As the Healthy Ageing Clinical Advisor, you will provide day-to-day clinical leadership across Footprints' Healthy Ageing services. Reporting to the General Manager Service Operations, you will lead clinical governance, complex case reviews and clinical supervision for a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring protected,



restorative and reablement-focused care for older people.

You will also:

- Lead clinical audits, incident oversight and continuous quality improvement
n
- Provide clinical supervision and specialist advice across multi-disciplinary teams
n
- Act as the escalation point for complex clinical needs and risks
n
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and sector reforms
n
- Facilitate case conferencing and clinical training
n
- Build clinical capability and support workforce development across the Ageing Well portfolio
n

About you:

n

n
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Allied Health or a related clinical field
n
- Current AHPRA registration
n
- Minimum 5 years' clinical experience within aged care or community services
n
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and reform priorities, including Support at Home
n
- Experience delivering clinical supervision across multi-disciplinary teams (Nurses, OTs, EPs)
n
- A person-centred clinical leader passionate about helping older people live well
n
