Job Description

This is a full-time role, you will play a critical supervisory and leadership role on construction sites in Sydney and beyond, overseeing piling operations and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

n

- Supervising and coordinating piling crews, delegating tasks and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently
n
- Monitoring construction progress and quality, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
n
- Liaising with project managers, clients and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
n
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
n
- Providing on-the-job training and mentorship to less experienced piling crew members
n
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to piling activities
n

What we're looking for

n

- Significant experience as a Piling Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry
n
- Strong understanding of piling techniques, equipment and safety protocols
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams
n
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions on site
n
- Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and industry best practices
n
