What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport
n
- Assist customers with buying, selling and loaning goods
n
- Accurately enter data and follow compliance procedures
n




- Assess and value items such as jewellery, electronics and tools (training provided)
n
- Keep the store presentable: pricing, tagging, organising stock
n
- Handle cash and valuables with honesty and care
n
- Support your team to achieve daily goals
n
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance (Aceben shirts provided)
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- At least 1 year customer service experience
n
- High attention to detail
n
- Punctual, reliable and able to work independently
n
- Energetic, motivated and willing to learn
n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
- Honest, trustworthy and responsible
n
- Interest in jewellery, electronics or second-hand goods is a bonus
n
- Previous pawnbroking, jewellery or cash-handling experience is welcome but not essential
n

Role Details

- Casual position
n
- Approx. 11-20 hours per week, including every Saturday
n
- No Sunday trading
n
- Must be available to work at Cambelltown Liverpool or Parramatta locations as required
n
- Pay based on skills and experience
n
- A 100-point ID check and police check is required before starting
n
