The Camden Hotel is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

n

We're a busy, high-volume venue looking for a chef who enjoys the energy of a strong service, takes pride in producing quality food and can confidently take ownership of their section.

n

This is a hands‐on role within an experienced kitchen team, with opportunities to contribute beyond day‐to‐day service through menu ideas, specials, cost control and the development of junior chefs.

About the Role

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard

n

Running your section efficiently during busy services

n

Maintaining food quality, presentation, portion control and service times

n

Managing preparation, stock levels and cleanliness within your section

n

Supporting menu updates, specials and food cost control

n

Training and supporting junior kitchen staff

n

Working closely with the kitchen and front‐of‐house teams

n

Maintaining food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards

n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who:

n





Has a minimum of two years' qualified cooking experience

n

Has CDP experience or is ready to step into a CDP role

n

Is confident working in a busy, high‐volume kitchen

n

Is organised, reliable and works well under pressure

n

Takes pride in food quality and presentation

n

Communicates well and works well within a team

n

Holds a current Food Handlers Certificate

n
