We are looking for a talented Senior Events Stylist to join the team at The Grounds. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for conceptualising and executing visually stunning event experiences that captivate our clients and guests.

What you'll be doing
n
Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and translate it into cohesive and visually striking event designs
n
Building strong client relationships to drive sales opportunities and contribute to achieving team revenue targets
n
Sourcing and curating styling elements, furniture, and other materials to bring event concepts to life
n
Overseeing the set-up and styling of events, ensuring attention to detail and a seamless execution
n
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in event styling and design
n
Providing creative input and recommendations to enhance the overall event experience
n
Managing event styling budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions
n
Collaborating with the wider events team to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach
n
What we're looking for
n
Minimum 3 years of experience in event styling or a related field
n
A keen eye for design, colour, and aesthetic trends
n
Excellent creative problem-solving and conceptualisation skills
n
Robust project management and organisational abilities
n
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and the events team
n
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
n
Full availability weekends / public holidays is essential
n
