Exterior Cleaning Technician – Full Training Provided

Coastal Cleans Co. is a growing exterior cleaning company servicing residential and commercial properties across the Central Coast and Newcastle.

n

We're looking for a reliable, hard-working person to join our team as an Exterior Cleaning Technician.

n

No exterior cleaning experience is required. Full training is provided.

n

You'll start as a Trainee Technician on $35/hr, working alongside one of our experienced technicians while learning the skills, equipment and systems required to complete our work safely and to a high standard.

n

As your skills and responsibilities increase, so does your pay.

n

Your Career & Pay Progression

n

Trainee Technician — $35/hr Learn the role while working alongside an experienced technician.

n

Exterior Cleaning Technician — $40/hr Prove you can safely and consistently complete jobs independently.

n

Senior Technician — $43/hr Master the role and become capable of training and developing new technicians.

n

Crew Leader — $47/hr Lead teams of 2–3 technicians and take responsibility for larger residential, commercial and industrial projects.

n

There are also future opportunities to progress into Operations / Field Supervisor positions at $55/hr for the right person.

n

Progression is based on demonstrated competency and responsibility — not simply time employed.

What You'll Be Doing

n

You'll be trained across our exterior cleaning services, including:

- Pressure washing
n
- House soft washing
n
- Roof cleaning
n
- Gutter cleaning
n
- Exterior window cleaning
n
- Solar panel cleaning
n
- Residential exterior cleaning
n
- Commercial and industrial cleaning
n

n





You'll learn to safely operate professional pressure washing, soft washing and water-fed pole equipment while following our cleaning and safety procedures.

A current Australian driver's licence is required.

n

Previous experience in pressure washing, cleaning, landscaping, construction, roofing, labouring or other hands-on work is advantageous, but not required.
