This opportunity is designed for someone ready to move into strata management without being overloaded from day one. You'll start with a manageable portfolio, work alongside experienced professionals and gradually take on more as your confidence and capability grow.

Whether you're currently working as an Assistant Strata Manager or already managing a small portfolio, you'll have the training, guidance and exposure needed to keep progressing.

The role
n
With support from the wider team, you'll be responsible for:
n

- Managing the day-to-day requirements of your portfolio
n
- Building solid relationships with committees and owners
n
- Preparing for and chairing meetings
n
- Coordinating maintenance and following up contractors
n
- Assisting with budgets and financial matters
n
- Providing practical advice and clear communication
n
- Keeping records, correspondence and workflows organised
n
- Developing your knowledge of Queensland body corporate legislation
n
n
Your portfolio will begin at a manageable level,
with the scope to take on more as you become comfortable in the role.

About you
n
You may be ready to progress from an assistant or support position, or you may already have some experience managing a smaller portfolio.
n
You'll be:

- Professional, approachable and willing to learn

- Comfortable asking questions and receiving guidance
