We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our established and highly supported Property Management team in Port Stephens.

n

Our structure allows you to focus on what experienced Property Managers do best — managing your portfolio, building strong client relationships and providing excellent service.

- A manageable portfolio of approximately 100 properties

- 2 full time Leasing Consultants handling leasing

- A full time Routine Inspection Manager handling routines
n
- Full time Trust Accounting support

- Full time New Business support

- An established and experienced Property Management team around you

- Flexible working options for the right candidate

Your focus is your portfolio and your clients.

n

What you'll be responsible for

n

You'll take ownership of your portfolio, including:

n

n
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
- Day-to-day client communication
n
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
n
- Arrears management
n
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
n
- Outgoing inspections and bond matters
n
- Resolving tenancy issues and providing proactive advice to landlords
n

n

You'll have autonomy over your portfolio with an experienced team there to support you when needed.

n

Who we're looking for





n

This isn't an entry-level role. We're specifically looking for someone with previous residential Property Management experience who can confidently step into an established portfolio.

n

We're looking for someone who communicates exceptionally well, stays organised, takes ownership and genuinely enjoys building long-term relationships with clients.

n
