The Role

- Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the head office, ensuring a professional and efficient workplace
n
- Manage administration, reception, office systems, suppliers, maintenance and facilities coordination
n
- Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee records and compliance requirements
n
- Coordinate staff engagement initiatives, team events and wellbeing activities to strengthen workplace culture
n




- Work closely with leadership to improve processes and support the wider business
n

Requirements

n

n
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Office Coordinator or Senior Administration role
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach
n
- Experience supporting HR functions and employee processes highly regarded
n
- Residential construction or building industry experience advantageous
n
