What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Develop and execute the national visual merchandising strategy for a high-volume, multi-site retail environment
n
- Drive consistent VM standards and store presentation across a large and geographically dispersed network
n
- Lead frequent campaigns, promotional launches, seasonal transitions and floor sets
n
- Respond quickly and practically to trading needs and changing store conditions
n
- Partner with Merchandise and Planning to optimise space, placement, stock density and customer flow
n
- Use sales performance, store insights and commercial data to set priorities
n
- Lead VM delivery for new stores, refits and concept rollouts
n
- Coach VM specialists, store leaders and operational teams
n
- Build strong partnerships with State Managers, Regional Managers and Support Centre stakeholders
n
- Maintain quality and accountability while managing competing national deadlines
n

What We're Looking For

- Extensive visual merchandising leadership experience within a high-volume,



multi-site retail workplace
n
- Proven experience leading VM programs across a large store network, multiple categories and frequent campaign cycles
n
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate performance insights into VM actions
n
- Success managing competing priorities, tight deadlines and multiple projects
n
- Experience coaching teams across geographically dispersed locations
n
- Confident stakeholder management and influence without direct authority
n
- Strong project management, organisation and execution capability
n
- Resilience, agility and practical problem-solving in a fast-moving environment
n
